We are pleased to deliver to you what you’re seeking. But for some reason, if you have any concerns related to our products, any outfit doesn’t fit you, you receive a different order, or for any other reason maybe. Don’t worry! We will accept that order but with certain conditions.
For this, we provide THREE choices for our customers to opt for,

✔ Return the product on the store credit
✔ Get a refund on the chosen payment method
However, all of these offers are particularly available for 30 days of time frame. After that, we can’t accept any order back or refund for any product. So, keep this in mind before moving forward.
Conditions to Apply for All Returns & Refunds
If your order fulfills the given conditions, then you will be eligible to return or refund (as per your preference).
- The product must be unused or unworn.
- The product must be in its original packaging with its labelled tag.
- The items with regular prices will return or refund (No return /refund option for discounted or sales items).
- To complete the procedure, you’re obliged to show the original receipt or invoice of the order (just for purchasing proof).
- Any item will exchange in case it’s damaged or has any defect.
- There is no return /refund offer for gifts (if you receive them) and health & personal care items.
If your orders do not satisfy the above conditions, we will not accept any exchange /return /refund of any kind.
How to Return or Refund the Order
In order to return the purchased items, you are obliged to follow the given steps;
- On receiving the order, you receive an email from email@example.com. So email us back to the same address with your order number along with the statement of which item you would like to return and why.
- You have to make sure that there is no visible sign of use on that product and that the original tag is still labelled over there.
- Moreover, the order is packed in its original form.
- Once you’re satisfied that your order is in the right condition to return, put it into shipment packaging and cling the return shipping label over it.
- Send the order package back to the mailing address (you will be provided in your email).
Note: Once we receive your order package back, we will assess the order first whether it fulfils the eligibility conditions or not. This process can take about 10-14 days. If we are satisfied with the order, we will refund your payment within 7 to 14 business days (depending on the payment method you have chosen).
